Volga Region State University of Service is the biggest specialized service institution in Samara region,which provides the training in service field according to budgetary form of education.

VRSUS IS A LEADING RUSSIAN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION (HEI) since 1981 that has extensive traditions of preparing specialists of the highest qualification in the service field, which is currently the most progressive of the modern sectors of the world economy.

There are 3  Institutes and 2 faculties in the University structure ( Institute of Economy, Insitute of Tourism and Social Technologies, Institute of Part-time and Shorten tuition, Faculty of Service Engineering and Technology , Faculty of Design and Applied Art), 24 sub- faculties (13 of them are specialized).

The students master in the following specialties:

bachelor's programme: economics, management, information security, commercial matters, commodity research, applied information science, fundamental information science and information technologies, maintenance, production machines and equipment, infocommunication technologies telecommunication systems, quality management, information science and computing technologies, information systems and technologies, consumer industry products technology, advertising and public relations, social work, social-cultural service and tourism, culturology, design, applied arts and national artistic trades, costume design and textile art;
