Enrollment procedure

Entrance documents

1) International students may apply for admission at any of the University faculties and any of available forms of study  – both budgetary and non-budgetary. 
2) International applicants who passed the Unified State Exam may present the Exam results (which may be sent to the University by post) and these results can be accepted as a result of entrance examination.
3) To enter Bachelor and Specialist education programme, an international applicant must provide a document of previous education equivalent to the corresponding Russian document. 
4)  Correspondingly, international students applying for Master's programme must provide a document of Bachelor / Specialist education equivalent to the corresponding Russian document.
5) The application form must be completed in Russian language. 

Along with the application form international applicants must provide the following documents: 

 - documents of previous education (originals) and attachments to them 
 - certified translation of documents of previous education into Russian language 
 - a copy of an identification document of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation 
 - a copy of an entrance visa to the Russian Federation, if the foreign citizen arrived to the Russian Federation with an entry-visa
 - photos (3x4)

 * All the translations to Russian language should be done in the name stated in the entry-visa.

6) In the case of submitting his/her entrance documents in person the international applicant will receive a written receipt proving the acceptance of the documents.

Entrance tests

1) Entrance exams for international students are defined by the University.
2) The results of Unified State Exam may be used to enroll a foreign student, if such practice exists at the University. 
3) International students – winners of Russian intellectual Olympics are enrolled without entrance examinations.

Enrollment to educational Institution

Enrollment of international students to budgetary and non-budgetary places is carried out according to the general terms of the University.
