Points for Participation in Conference

• to send the participants application form till Deadline, the license agreement on the article publication and the article in two copies: one in the electronic form and the other in the printed one, finalized due to the requirements.
• The article volume is 4-10 pages. In the article there are to be: UDC (universal decimal classification), information about author, annotation, kea words, bibliographical list.
• The file with the article may be sent by e-mail. The responsibility for the article content is upon the author!

The international Index ISBN, UDC, LBC (Library Bibliographic Classificatory) is awarded to the articles collection of the conference, and all the materials are to be placed on the platform of Scientific electronic library (RUSEB http://elibrary.ru/titles.asp) for authors� index of scientific quotation forming(Contract #265-08/2011R from August, 30, 2011) the materials of the conference are sent to the main libraries in Russian Federation and abroad.

Requirements for articles format

The author�s UDC, the author�s name and surname, his/her place of employment, title, position and contact information (e-mail, tel. number with area code) are to be written in the.

The bibliographical list is to content all the works named and reminded in the text.
